OPERATING PROCEDURE: Definition of Current Membership 

DEFINITION:  “Current Members” are those individuals who have been accepted by the DFMA Board of Directors and have paid appropriate dues for the year.  If dues are not paid by March 1st of the year, the individual will be dropped from the Current Members List.

 

OPERATING PROCEDURE:

Annual dues should be paid no later than January 1st of the year.

 

The Treasurer shall generate a list of all members who have paid current year dues as of January 1st of each year. 

 

Those members not paying dues by March 1st will be dropped from the list of Current Members.

 

Members paying dues anytime during the year will be returned to the status of Current Members.  Dues for the full year are required of delinquent members.  New member’s dues shall be prorated for the remaining portion of the year.

 

The Treasurer shall maintain a list of Current Members.
